In the glass deep processing industry, the processing of thick plates and irregular structures has always been a technical difficulty. Especially for 8mm ultra white glass, due to its high transparency and uniform internal structure, higher requirements are placed on the cutting process. Customer requirements:

The customer needs to perform irregular cutting processing on 8mm thick ultra white glass. The product structure is complex, including multiple curves and irregular contours. During the processing, it is required that the cutting edge be smooth without any broken edges or hidden cracks, ensuring the overall structural integrity and high transparency effect. At the same time, strict requirements are placed on dimensional accuracy, requiring a high degree of fidelity to the design drawings. In addition, the customer hopes to reduce the subsequent polishing and trimming processes to improve production efficiency and reduce labor costs. The equipment needs to have stable continuous processing capabilities to meet the consistency requirements of mass production.

Solution:

Chuangkeda's "Infrared Picosecond Laser Glass Cutting Integrated Machine" uses a high-energy density picosecond laser source as its core, integrates an intelligent visual positioning system and a high-precision motion platform, and achieves true non-contact processing. The thermal impact during the cutting process is minimal, effectively avoiding problems such as edge breakage and cracks in traditional processes, presenting a more stable and refined processing effect. The equipment is based on the advanced "cold cracking" principle, which evenly applies laser energy to the inside of the glass, forming a clean and sharp cross-section.
