Ceramic cutting machine fixed gantry

High-precision cutting: The equipment adopts imported lasers, with a minimum focus spot size of 5 microns, ensuring cutting precision and edge. The positioning accuracy can reach ±3 microns, and the repeat accuracy is ±2 microns, suitable for precision cutting needs.

 

High-power laser: The cutting can reach up to 150W, with fast cutting speed, able to meet the cutting requirements of a variety of ceramic materials. The cutting thickness can reach 1.mm, which is particularly suitable for cutting structural ceramics and functional ceramics.

 

X/Y/Z three-axis motion control: Equipped with a linear system for the X and Y axes, and closed-loop control ensures speed and positioning accuracy, supporting fast and high-precision cutting operations. The Z-axis module contains the cutting and vision system, equipped with a CCD camera for precise positioning, suitable for cutting complex graphics.

 

Durability and stability: The marble platform ensures the equipment's loadbearing stability and corrosion resistance, providing good physical support, suitable for long-term stable operation.
