双切割头玻璃切割机

本设备是用高能量的激光在玻璃上进行高效切割的装置,其中切割是针对外形加工,实现玻璃的切割。适用于各种规格和形状的玻璃外形切割,可根据客户的不同需求提供定制化服务,满足各种玻璃的切割要求。光源为高功率皮秒激光器;自研制玻璃切割头,镜片全采用进口,光斑细,焦深长;支持切割,不可裂片;X/Y轴电机采用高端直线电机、德国0.1um数字光栅尺;电机平台、光学平台基座采用天然大理石,精度更有保障;

应用材料:超白玻璃、普白玻璃、高硼硅玻璃,石英玻璃等;

应用产品:手机玻璃盖板、车载玻璃盖板、摄像头玻璃盖板等;手机蓝宝石盖板、摄像头蓝宝石玻璃盖板、蓝宝石灯条; K9玻璃、滤光片切割,反射镜切割等光学玻璃;
