• Precautions before operation:

2. Ensure that the number of pulses actually sent by the diagnostic interface must be consistent with the number of encoder feedback, if not, please modify the servo-related parameters.

3. The set value of steel plate length and width is consistent with the actual value.

4. It is necessary to change the processing stop point to the upper left, lower left or upper right and lower right, otherwise it cannot find the edge.The location of the stop will determine the direction of the search.

5. Be sure to move the cutting head to the board as the starting position to find edges, and ensure that the cutting head can follow normally.

• The software Settings are as follows:

1. Find the edge finding function in the software numerical control bar, pull down to find "capacitor edge finding" if cutting sheet, remember to tick the 6 point edge finding.Specify edge search Select "Start edge search from the current cutting head resting position"

2. Go back to the handheld remote control and click "edge search" to walk around
