• Laser condensation

In summer, due to high temperature and high humidity, the laser is prone to condensation, which will affect the normal use and life of the laser. Be sure to minimize the temperature difference between the laser operating environment and its cooling temperature.

1. The cooling water temperature is recommended to be set at ≥28 ℃

2. It is recommended to configure air conditioning in the workshop with laser equipment

3. Pay attention to the boot sequence

① With air conditioning refrigeration constant temperature boot sequence:

Turn on the main power switch on the rear side of the laser (do not turn on the key knob on the front panel of the laser) the air conditioner starts to work for cooling; When the internal temperature of the laser is reduced to about 25 degrees Celsius (about half an hour), then turn on the water cooler to start the laser.

② Without air conditioning refrigeration constant temperature boot sequence:

Turn on the water cooler first, and then turn on the laser (can not turn on the laser first, if not, the laser will alarm).

• Maintenance and maintenance of chiller

The fan of the water cooler has the heat dissipation function, regularly check the operation of the fan, and regularly remove and wash the filter of the water cooler, and clean the dust and debris on the filter with an air gun or a brush. Do not impact or scratch the radiator fins to prevent damage to the radiator fins.

It is recommended to replace the circulating water of the water cooler regularly about 1 month, and the deterioration rate of the cooling water will be accelerated due to the high temperature in summer, and it is recommended to add pure water or distilled water.

Pay attention to safety: maintenance must be powered off

Daily maintenance

Clean the debris and dust on the machine tool and supporting equipment;

Clean up debris in the switchboard chain operation area;

Clean up waste car slag, etc.;

Check the water for breakage and folding;

Check the gas path for leakage;

Check whether the dry machine is working properly and manual drainage.
